About
A small labor company, and a price you can read.
Prompt Hands is new. We book people for a fixed block of hours to do the physical part of a job — loading and unloading, clearing out a garage into your dumpster, dragging storm debris to the curb, getting one heavy thing up the stairs — and nothing else. You supply the truck or the dumpster; we supply the crew. We work in Broward County, Florida and only there, so the person who answers the phone knows the roads, the buildings, and how long the walk from the parking lot really is.
We built the pricing around one idea: you should know the whole number before anyone shows up. One all-in price per person, charged once, with no fee lines, no hourly meter, and no balance at the curb. You’re reserving people’s time up to a ceiling, and we say that plainly rather than promise a finish we can’t see from here. The crews are independent contractors who choose the jobs they take, and they’re paid per job, the same day.
Who’s coming
- Every crew member passed a background check we paid for, and signed our contractor agreement.
- Each one completed five short training modules before their first job: what we do and never do, how a job runs, lifting and safety, customer conduct, and pay and policies.
- Every job has a crew lead, and a person at our number who knows the job before the crew arrives.
- If something is damaged, tell the crew at the time and call us the same day at (954) 280-0099. We respond in writing within five business days.
