Price and payment

What does the price include?
The crew, for up to the block of hours you booked, plus their travel and fuel to you. It's one all-in number with no fee lines.
When am I charged?
Once, in full, when the booking is made — not a hold, not an estimate. Right now every booking starts as a request: we call to confirm the crew, then send a payment link for exactly the price you saw. Paying it is the charge, and it's what books your date.
Do I pay or tip the crew?
No. Nothing is owed on site and nothing is paid to the crew directly. The only additional charge possible is an upgrade you approve on site.
How long do two people work?
2 people for 2 hours or less is $238 in all, and both of them work the same 2 hours — four person-hours of lifting, not two people spread across the day. The block starts when the crew arrives and runs on one clock for everyone.
What if we finish early?
The crew heads out, and the block isn't prorated. You reserved the time; the price is the price.
What if we run out of time?
At the ceiling, the crew stops. If they’re able to stay, you can upgrade from 2 hours or less to 5 hours or less for the difference — $83 per person: $166 for 2 people, so $238 becomes $404. You approve it on site or you don’t. 5 hours is the longest block we book, so there’s no upgrade past it; if the job looks bigger than that, call us before you book and we’ll plan it with you.

Booking

How many people can I book?
Anywhere from one to six. The price is per person, so the total scales exactly with the crew.
Can I book for today?
Yes, as long as the arrival window starts at least 3 hours from now. Same-day is the same price.
What's an arrival window?
A half hour you choose. The crew arrives inside it, and the block of hours starts when they do.
What's the cancellation policy?
Free if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start of your arrival window. Inside 24 hours, 50% is kept. Full charge if the crew arrives and can't access the job. If we can't field your crew, you get a full refund plus a $50 credit toward your next booking. A same-day booking is already inside the 24 hours the moment you pay it, so cancelling it keeps 50%.
How do I cancel or change a booking?
From the link in your confirmation — it shows the exact refund before you confirm. To move the date or time, call us: more than 24 hours out it's free if we have a crew for the new time. Refunds go back to the card you paid with; banks usually show them within 5 to 10 business days.
Do I need an account?
No. You book as a guest with a name, a phone number, and an address. Texts are optional: without them, your confirmation, payment link, day-before reminder, and completion message come by email. The morning-of and arrival messages are text-only, and you can always call your crew through our number.
What if the weather turns?
If we have to call off a day for weather, that counts as us not fielding your crew: a full refund plus a $50 credit, or we reschedule it for a day that works for you. If a storm rolls in while the crew is on site, the crew lead calls it and we sort out the rest with you.

What the crew does

Do you bring a truck?
No. You supply the truck, trailer, container, or dumpster. We supply the crew. The crew never drives your vehicle.
What equipment does the crew bring?
Work gloves. You supply the dollies, straps, moving blankets, rakes, bags, and any other equipment the job needs. Not sure what you'll need? Call before you book and we'll tell you.
Do you take things away?
No. Everything goes into the vehicle or dumpster you arranged, or to your curb for bulk pickup. Check what your dumpster company or pickup accepts; the crew won't load what they refuse.
Is there anything the crew won't do?
Licensed trade work of any kind, roofs and ladders taller than six feet, hazardous materials, and any lift the crew judges unsafe. Appliances need to be disconnected before they arrive.
Who is coming to my home?
Independent contractors who passed a background check we paid for, signed our contractor agreement, and completed five short training modules before their first job: what we do and never do, how a job runs, lifting and safety, customer conduct, and pay and policies. Every job has a crew lead, and a person at our number who knows the job.
What happens when the crew finishes?
The crew lead marks the job done and you get a message to confirm it, with a link to report any damage. If something was damaged, tell the crew at the time and call us the same day; we answer in writing within five business days.
Where do you work?
Broward County only. The booking form checks your ZIP code first.
